    PART
    304, SUBPART B
    ORDER OF TRE BOARD
    (by R.
    C.
    Flemal):
This matter comes before the Board upon an October
    11,
    1985
    “Application
    for t~1ondisclosure” (of confidential data)
    filed by
    Central Illinois Light Company
    (“CILCO”)
    At the September
    11,
1985 hearing on this regulatory proposal,
    the Rearing Officer
directed CILCO to submit a copy of
    a waste—disposal study
    undertaken for
    the
    company by Black
    and Veatch, Consulting
    Engineers.
    CILCO~sOctober
    11 application contends that certain
    information contained
    in the study,
    specifically that which
    evaluates alternative locations
    (not presently owned by the
    company)
    for future
    use
    by CILCO as waste—disposal sites,
    is
confidential and not subject to disclosure.
    CILCO submitted the study
    to the Board
    on October
    11,
    1985,
with the sections that it argues are confidential higrilighted
    in
    yellow (portions of
    99 pages
    in all).
    On Uovember
    1,
    1985 the
Board received an amendment from CILCO of the company’s October
    11 application,
requesting confidential status also be extended
    to
a portion of one additional page
    of the study.
The Board has analyzed the sections
    of the study at issue,
    and finds that all
    of the information
    CILJCO suggests receive
    confi~entia1status does
in fact meet the requirements of 35 IlL
    Mm.
    Code 120. 230.
    Accordingly,
    this information
    is granted
    confidential
    status by the Board.
    Specifically, the highlighted
portions of the following pages will not be subject
    to public
    disclosure:
