    Petitioner’s August 20, 1985 supplemental motion to dismiss
    raised arguments similar to those presented in the original
    motion and rejected by the Board in its August 15, 1985 Order
    denying that motion. This motion is also denied. Petitioner may
    present any arguments or evidence on this point at the Board
    hearing scheduled for September 12, 1985.
