    The original variance petition in this action was filed
    Aprii
    30,
    1985 and an amended petition was filed June 10
    in
    response
    to the Board1s more information Order
    of May
    2.
    Finding that the June 10 amended petition did not address
    all
    of the informational deficiencies pinpointed
    in the May
    2
    Order,
    the Board again requested that information by Order
    of
    June
    27.
    That Order
    stated that “If an amended petition
    addressing these issues is not filed within 45 days of the date
    of this Order
    (August 12,
    1985,
    this petition will
    be subject
    to
    dismissal.”
    No amended petition has been filed.
    This petition
    is
    accordingly dismissed because of its inadequacy.
    The Board notes
    that this dismissal does not preclude initiation of
    a new
    variance proceeding by the filing of a new variance petition
    containing
    all of the information previously requested by the
    Board.
