The Board requests that Wilmette Park District submit more

information regarding the legal authority of

the Board

to grant

a

permit

in perpetuity

and

the composition

of the sand and any

associated contaminants

to be placed as beach nourishment.

Unless this additional

information

is filed with the Board

within 45 days of

this Order, this proceeding

is subject

to

dismissal.
