Protection
Act,
the
Board
is
required
to
adopt
amendments
“in
substance
identical”
to
the
federal
NSPS
amendments.
The
Board
will
do
so
through
incorporation
by
reference
of
the
federal
amendment
as
a
peremptory
amendment.
This
action
corrects
the
amendment
as
adopted
at
the
the
July
11,
1985
meeting
in
this
matter
by
renumbering
the
Section
from

to
