    (“Albion”)
    filed
    a
    Petition
    for Variance relating to
    its sewage treatment works.
    The petition
    is deficient
    in the following areas:
    1.
    The petition fails
    to clearly indicate the tyoe of
    relief Albion
    seeks from the Board.
    2.
    The petition fails
    to specifically identify
    ttie Board
    regulation(s) ~lbion seeks
    relief
    from, and the
    sub~titu~elimitation(s) applicable
    to Albion during
    the period of its construction work.
    3.
    The petition fails to adequately address the
    environmental impact that would
    result from the
    relief
    reguested by Albion.
    4.
    The petition does not state that denial of
    the
    requested relief would cause
    an arbitrary or
    unreasonable hardship to Albion.
    Unless
    an amended petition curing the above—noted defects
    is
    filed ~zithin45 days,
    this petition will be subject
    to dismissal.
