    RESOLUTION AND ORDER OF THE BOARD (by 3. Theodore Meyer):
    this matter comes before the Board upon an October 1, 1985
    notice (50 Fed. Reg. 40158) published by the United States
    Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) of the promulgation of an
    amendment to the National Standards of Performance for New
    Stationary Sources (NSPS):
    Subpart LLL: Standards of Performance for
    Onshore Natural Gas Processing; SO~Emissions
    40 CFR 60 (35 Ill. Mm. Code 230.740)
    Pursuant to Section 9.1 of the Environmental Protection Act,
    the Board is required to adopt amendments ‘in substance
    identical’ to the federal NSPS amendments. The Board will do so
    through incorporation by reference of the federal amendment as a
    peremptory amendment.
    ORDER
    The Board hereby adopts the following amendment to Title
    35: Environmental Protection; Subtitle B: Air Pollution;
    Chapter I: Pollution Control Board; Part 230: New Source
    Performance Standards:
    SUBPART ILL: ONSHORE
    NATURAL GAS
    PROCESSING; SO2 EMISSIONS
    Section 230.740 Onshore Natural Gass Processing;
    $02 Emissions
    The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 60, Subpart LLL as
    adopted at 50 Fed. Reg. 40158, October 1, 1985.
