    This matter comes before the Board upon
    a July
    30,
    1985,
    motion filed on behalf of Continental Grain, to assign
    enForcement case to hearing officer assigned related enforcement
    and variance proceedings.
    The Hearing Officer referred to has
    previously beeen assigned ten variances cases and two enforcement
    cases,
    all involving Continental Grain grain-loading
    Facilities.
    The assignment of one more enforcement caseto
    this
    ~iearingOfficer may delay proceedings in the instant
    case.
    Therefore, the motion is denied.
