ORDER OF THE BOARD (by 3. Anderson):
By Orders of August 21 and September 5, 1985, the Board
noted certain deficiencies in this variance petition, and stated
that “if an amended petition curing these deficiencies is not
filedon or before October 7, 1985, this petition will be subject
to dismissal.H No amended petition has been received, and this
action is accordingly dismissed. This does not preclude Hanley
from initiating a new variance proceeding by the filing
of a
sufficient variance petition.
