    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):
    This matter comes before the Board upon a July 25, 1985,
    motion to dismiss filed by Peabody Coal Co. Due to
    the
    fact that
    all issues between the parties have been resolved and revised
    NPDES permits have been issued by the Environmental Protection
    Agency, the motion is hereby granted.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
