filed
a
Petition
for Variance relating
to
its NPDES discharges
to
~choenberger Creek.
That petition
is deficient
in the
following
areas:
1.
The petition fails to specify the length
of time for
which variance is sought;
2.
The petition fails to specifically request or waive
hearing;
3.
If hearing
is waived, petitioner must provide
an
affidavit attesting to the facts contained
in the
petition;
and
4.
Additionally,
the Board
finds the statements on existing
environmental quality (Exhibit
B)
to be extremely
general.
Pfizer
is requested to provide
any numerical
water quality data
it may have on Schoenberger Creek
upstream and downstream from its discharge plant.
Unless an amended petition curing
the above—noted defects
is
filed within
45 days,
this petition will
be subject
to dismissal.
