ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):

On July 17, 1985, the Village of Lincolnshire moved the

Board to file an objection out of time. That motion is granted.

In paragraphs 12 and 13 of that motion, Lincoinshire

requests “adequate time” for preparation between the filing of

any amended petition (as required by the Board’s June 27, 1985,

Order) and the hearing date (presently set for August 15,

1985). That request is granted. The hearing will be rescheduled

after the amended petition is filed.
