ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by J. Anderson):
On December
20, 1985,
the Board directed
the Village
of
Burlington
(Village)
to clarify and supplement
its petition for
variance
in
a number of
respects.
On December
30,
1985,
the

a First Amended Petition, waiving hearing and
answering most,
but not all,
of the deficiencies noted by the
Board.
Therefore,
the Village
is directed
to clarify and supplement
its First Amended Petition
in the following respects:
1)
Has the Village
installed
a sewer system since 1980?
2)
Concerning
the Village’s assertion that it
is
at its
bonded indebtedness
limit,
on what timetable are these bonds
being retired,
and/or when could
the Village lawfully bond any
additional
indebtedness required
to comply with
the Barium
standard.
If
an amended petition addressing these issues
is not filed
within 45 days
of the date of this Order,
this petition will be
subject
to dismissal.
IT
IS
SO ORDERED.
