    On December 4, 1985, the Respondent, Granite City Steel
    Division of National Steel Corporation, filed a Motion to Dismiss
    Intervenor’s Suit with the Board. Thereafter, on December 13,
    1985, the Complaintant, Florence Farmer, filed a Notion to
    Voluntarily Dismiss her complaint. This matter is dismissed with
    prejudice.
