ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J,D. Dumelle):
This matter comes before the Board upon a Motion to
Incorporate PCB 85-144 Record and to Consolidate with PCB 85-144
Hearing filed on behalf of Meyer Steel Drum, Inc. on December 4,
1985. The Motion is hereby denied because the decision dates are
different and the Board has not received a waiver of the decision
date in PCB 85-144.
Since the motion
is
denied, Meyer Drum’s Petition for
Extension of Variance is deficient. The Board invites Meyer Drum
either to refile all the papers of PCB 85-144 in this proceeding
or file a waivt~rof the decision d~ttein PCB 85-144 to make it
co-extensive with the decision date in this proceeding. After
choosing which option, Meyer Drum may request the Board to
entertain the motion again.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
