attorney fees. Having previously found that respondent violated
Section 12(a), (d), and (f) of the Environmental Protection Act
(Act) (415 ILCS 5/12(a), (d) and (f) (2000)
amended by
P.A. 92-
0574, eff. June 26, 2002), and 35 Ill. Adm. Code 307.1101(a)(1),
307.2301(c)(1) and (2) of the Board’s water pollution regulations,
the Board ordered the respondent to pay a total civil penalty of
$110,000 and to cease and desist from further violation of the Act.

National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number
