ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):

On April 22, 1986, the Village of Round Lake.filed a

Petition for Variance seeking relief from regulations on

restricted status and standards for permit issuance as those

regulations pertain to limitations on combined Radium 226 and

228. That petition is deficient in that it fails:

To identify the public water supply customers

or facilities for which hook—up and permits

are sought.

Unless an amended petition is filed within 45 days curing

the above—noted defect, this matter will be subject to dismissal.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
