This matter comes before the Board upon a January 30, 1986

Petition for Variance filed on behalf of the City of Du Quoin.

On February 6, 1986, the Board requested additional information

from Du Quoin which the Board has riot received. Therefore, this

proceeding is dismissed. However, Du Quoin is free to file

another petition should it so choose.
