ORDER OF THE BOARD (by 3. Marlin):

On April 10, 1986, petitioners Mcflenry County Landfill, Inc.

filed a motion to vacate the Board’s March 14, 1986 Order. In

response, Arthur T. McIntosh & Co. a respondent—objector, filed

on April 22, 1986 its objection to the motion to vacate.

The motion to vacate presents no new information but merely

rehashes arguments already decided by the Board’s Opinion and

Order dated March 14, 1986.

Therefore, the motion to vacate is denied and the Board’s

Opinion and Order dated March 14, 1986 is affirmed.
