    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):
    This matter comes before the Board upon a Petition for
    Variance filed on behalf of the City of Du Quoin on January 30,
    1986. The Board finds the petition deficient in several areas.
    Specifically, the City of Du Quoin is directed to 35 Ill.
    Adm. Code 104, Subpart B: Petition for Variance. The City of Du
    Quoin should submit an amended variance petition which includes
    the requirements set out in this Subpart.
    Unless this amended petition is filed within 45 days of the
    date of this Order, this matter is subject to dismissal.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
