Board

found Overnite Trucking (“Overnite”)

had violated

provisions

of the Environmental Protection Act and Board

regulations

and ordered

Overnite

to prepare

a report on reducing

noise and odor pollution.

The Order required Overnite to

file,

by April

1,

1986,

a schedule for completion of

the report.

On March

27,

1986,

Overnite filed Motion for Extension of

Time

to file the schedule,

seeking

a delay until April

18,

1986.

Citizens of Burbank did not file

a response.

Overnite’s March 27, 1986, motion is granted.

The deadline

for filing the schedule

is extended until April

18,

1986.
