    R 86—25
    RULE CHANGE FOR THE VILLAGE
    OF TILTON
    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by B.
    Forcade):
    On June 11,
    1986,
    the Village of Tilton
    (“Tilton”) filed
    a
    Petition
    for Site—Specific Rule Change.
    The Board, on its own
    motion, will waive
    the 200 signature requirement.
    The Board finds
    the proposal fails
    to meet existing minimum
    requirements
    of
    35 Ill.
    Adin.
    Code 102.120
    for
    regulatory
    proposals, and Tilton will
    be required
    to file an amended
petition meeting those requirements before the Board will
    proceed.
    The
    Board
    will
    take
    no
    further
    action
    on
    this
    proceeding until
    an amended petition is filed.
In addition for information purposes, Tilton may wish to
    review
    the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s
    (“Agency”)
    petition for rule change,
    R82—27,
    36 and R83—37, which lists,
    at
    Part 102 Subpart G, additional
    factors which
    the Agency would
    like
to see incorporated into site—specific petitions.
    IT IS
    SO ORDERED.
