    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On October 11, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Mahr’s Sales & Service (Mahr’s) may appeal a September 3, 2002 determination
    of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    as
    amended by
    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency modified
    the proposed budget for the site classification work plan regarding a leaking underground storage
    tank site at 8810 East Illinois Highway 9 in Ellisville, Fulton County. The Board extends the
    appeal period until January 6, 2003, as the parties request.
