    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On October 10, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Pioneer Oil Company (Pioneer) may appeal an August 30, 2002 determination of
    the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    as
    amended by
    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency did not
    approve the site classification work plan budget amendment or completion report regarding a
    leaking underground storage tank site at 1st and Poplar in Pana, Christian County. The Board
    extends the appeal period until January 6, 2003, as the parties request.
