    On June 20,
    1986 the Board amended
    the Underground Injection
    Control
    (UIC)
    rules pursuant
    to Section 13(c)
    of the
    Environmental Protection Act
    (Act) to correspond with amendments
    to United States Environmental Protection Agency
    (USEPA)
    rules
    adopted through June
    30, 1985.
    The rules were corrected
    in an
    Order adopted this same day.
    The Board
    opens
    this docket for the
    purpose
    of amending the UIC rules
    to correspond with amendments
    adopted by USEPA through June 30, 1986.
    The Board will prepare
    a
    proposal for public comment in the near future.
