PCB 85—145
ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL
PROTECTION AGENCY,
Respondent.
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. D. Dunielle):
This matter comes before the Board upon a May 29, 1986
motion for reconsideration filed on behalf of the Alton Packaging
Corporation and a June 9, 1986 response filed on behalf of the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. In its motion Alton
admits that its “arguments are all set forth in previous briefs
filed with the Board in this matter.” That being the case, and
since Alton has not persuaded the Board that it “has clearly
erred in assessing what Alton was required to demonstrate to the
Agency,” the motion is hereby denied.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
Board, hereby certify that t above Order was adopted on
