This matter comes before the Board upon

a letter filed with

the Board

on May 27,

1986, on behalf of the Illinois Department

of Transportation

(IDOT).

In that letter IDOT requests that the

permit application be withdrawn

in

that Wilmette has revised

its

project plans and the application,

therefore,

is no longer

accurate.

That motion

to withdraw is hereby granted.

The Board entered an order

in this matter on November

7,

1985,

authorizing

the Chairman

to

sign the permit document should

the IDOT submit an amendment of

it consistent with that order.

That has not, and presumably, will not now occur.

Therefore,

the

November

7 Order

is hereby vacated,

and proceedings

in this

matter

are dismissed.

The Clerk

of the board

is instructed

to

return the permit documents

to IDOT.
