    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On June 20, 2002, the Board, at the parties’ request, extended until September 25, 2002,
    the time period within which Newton Community High School (Newton) may appeal a May 23,
    2002 determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    The Agency modified Newton’s high priority corrective action plan regarding a leaking
    underground storage tank at 201 West End Avenue in Newton, Jasper County. Because Newton
    failed to timely file an appeal, the Board dismisses this case and closes the docket.
