    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On September 23, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Barry Amoco, Inc. (Amoco) may appeal an August 28, 2002 determination of the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    as
    amended by
    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency modified
    the proposed budget for the site classification plan regarding a leaking underground storage tank
    site at Route 106 and Rogers in Barry, Pike County. The Board extends the appeal period until
    December 31, 2002, as the parties request.
