    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by N.J. Melas):
     
    On August 12, 2002, the People filed an amended complaint accompanied by a motion
    for leave to file. The Board does not accept this complaint for hearing due to several errors in
    the complaint. Instead, the Board grants the People leave to file another amended complaint
    correcting the following errors (
    see
    35 Ill. Adm. Code 103.212(c)):
     
    1.
    On page 1, count I is missing paragraphs 1 and 2.
     
    2.
    On page 8, paragraph 10, the citation should read 35 Ill. Adm. Code 201.142.
     
    3.
    On page 10, paragraph 4, line 4, should read ($1,000.00).
     
    4.
    Throughout the amended complaint, cite to the law in effect at the time the
    violation occurred. For example, on page 5, paragraph 11, cite to 415 ILCS
    5/9(b) (1994). Where appropriate, cite to the 2000 statutes
    as amended
    by P.A.
    92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; the 2002 Illinois Compiled Statutes have not yet been
    published.
     
    The complainant must file its second amended complaint on or before November 2, 2002, which
    is the 30th day after the date of this order.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
