    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On September 27, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Illinois Ayers Oil Company (petitioner) may appeal an August 27, 2002
    determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406.
    The Agency modified the proposed budget for the site classification work plan regarding a
    leaking underground storage tank site at 1672 North Henderson Street in Galesburg, Knox
    County. The Board extends the appeal period until December 30, 2002, as the parties request.
