    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On September 3, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Hannel Oil Company (Hannel) may appeal a July 30, 2002 determination of the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    as
    amended by
    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency denied
    part of Hannel’s request for reimbursement from the Underground Storage Tank Fund regarding
    a leaking underground storage tank site on Rural Route 100 in Bluffs, Scott County. The Board
    extends the appeal period until December 3, 2002, as the parties request.

    If Hannel fails to file an appeal on or before that date, the Board will dismiss this case and close
