ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):

On June 20, 2002, the Board, at the parties’ request, extended until September 6, 2002,
the time period within which Charles Stanford (Stanford) may appeal a May 1, 2002
determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
    See
    415 ILCS 5/40
    (a)(1) (2000)
    as amended by
    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The
Agency modified Stanford’s proposed budget for purposes of reimbursement from the
Underground Storage Tank Fund. The proposed budget relates to Stanford’s high priority
corrective action plan regarding a leaking underground storage tank at 815 East North Avenue,
Flora, Clay County. Because Stanford failed to timely file an appeal, the Board dismisses this
    case and closes the docket.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.

I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on September 19, 2002, by a vote of 7-0.

    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
