    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On August 21, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Shearon, Inc. (Shearon) may appeal an August 6, 2002 determination of the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    as
    amended by
    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency
    denied part of Shearon’s request for reimbursement from the Underground Storage Tank Fund
    regarding a leaking underground storage tank site at 101 Ratloff Street in Harvard, McHenry
    County. The Board extends the appeal period until December 9, 2002, as the parties request.
