    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On August 21, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Whole Sale Oil Company (petitioner) may appeal a July 24, 2002 determination
    of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    as
    amended by
    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency
    modified the proposed budget for the high priority corrective action plan regarding a leaking
    underground storage tank site at 4540 West Augusta in Chicago, Cook County. The Board
    extends the appeal period until December 1, 2002, as the parties request.
