    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On August 13, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Rash, Inc. (Rash) may appeal a July 19, 2002 determination of the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    as amended
    by
    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency rejected the 45
    day report regarding a leaking underground storage tank site at 193 West Shawnee Avenue,
    Shawneetown, Gallatin County. The Board extends the appeal period until November 21,
    2002, as the parties request.

    that date, the Board will dismiss this case and close the docket.
