    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    On July 19, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Ralph’s Bonded Service (Ralph’s) may appeal a July 5, 2002 determination of the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    by
    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency modified the
    high priority corrective action plan and proposed budget for the plan regarding a leaking
    underground storage tank site at 103 North Franklin in Plymouth, Hancock County. The
    Board extends the appeal period until November 7, 2002, as the parties request.

    If Ralph’s fails to file an appeal on or before that date, the Board will dismiss this case and
