This matter comes before the Board upon a Petition for
Variance filed December 30, 1986 on behalf of the Morton Thiokol,
Inc.
The Board finds the petition deficient and requests that
Morton submit more information on the nature and extent of relief
sought with specific citations to the Board’s regulations from
which relief is sought and a detailed description of the proposed
compliance plan for achieving compliance s.~ith the pertinent Board
regulations.
Unless this information is filed within 45—days of the date
of this Order, this matter will be subject to dismissal.
