By motion dated December 24, petitioner has requested an

additional 60 days in which to file an amended petition as

required by the Board’s Order of November 20, 1986. As

petitioner has waived the decision deadline, and as the Agency

has stated in a filing dated January 2 that it has no objection,

the motion is granted. If an amended petition curing the

deficiencies noted in the November 20 Order is not filed on or

before March 6, 1987, this action will be subject to dismissal.
