    RULE CHANGE FOR
    THE VILLAGE OF TILTON
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Marlin):
This matter comes before the Board on a Motion for Extension
of Time to File Second Amended Petition filed by the Village of
Tilton (Tilton) on February 20, 1987~. By its Order of January 8,
1987, the Board ordered Tilton to file a Second Amended Petition
within 45 days. This Second Amended Petition was to include
further information with regard to factors listed in Section 27
of the Environmental Protection Act. Tilton asserts that it has
retained a consulting firm in order to investigate and obtain
information which the Board’s January 8, 1987 Order requires.
According to Tilton, further time is needed for this process.
Consequently, Tilton is requesting an extension of ninety days in
which to file its Second Amended Petition. Tilton’s motion is
hereby granted, and the new petition is due no later than
    June 8, 1987.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
