ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by R~C. Flemal):
On February 17,
1987,
the Bloomington and Normal Sanitary
District filed a Motion
for
an Additional Day of
Hearing.
The
Board shares many of the concerns expressed
in
the motion.
The
motion
is accordingly granted and the Board will schedule the
additional day of hearing
as soon as
is practicable.
As regards the District’s offer
to support certain costs of
the additional hearing,
the Board believes that it
is better
public policy
if the Board continued
to absorb these expenses.
IT
IS SO ORDERED.
