ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):
On March 16, 1987, the Village of Minooka filed a petition
for extension of variance. That petition is deficient in that it
fails to include:
the sampling location, date and analytical
results of all radiological analyses on
Minooka’s existing water supply or potential
new sources of water.
Unless an amended petition is filed within 45 days of the
date of this Order, curing the above—noted defect, this matter
will be subject to dismissal.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
