    construes that latter request

    a Motion to Dismiss.
    Complainant has not responded
    to this Motion.
    Given these circumstances,
    the Board orders that
    Complainant,
    should
    she wish
    to continue
    to prosecute this
    matter,
    show cause why this matter should not be dismissed by
    filing
    support~&ngargument with the Board
    no latter than April
    17,
    1987.
    Failure
    to do
    so shall
    constitute grounds for
    dismissal
    of
    the complaint.
