    the term of variance pursuant
    to 35 Ill.
    Adm.
    Code 104.121(f).
    While
    the petition does contain
    an allegation
    that site—specific relief will
    be requested,
    that does not
    constitute
    a sufficient plan.
    Unless and amended petition
    is
    filed within 45 days of the
    date of this Order curing
    the above—noted defects,
    this matter
    will
    be subject to dismissal.
