    The merit hearing
    in this matter was held on September 25,

    At that time the Environmental Protection Agency and the
    City of Joliet indicated their
    intention to file certain
    additional information with the Board and the Department of
    Energy and Natural Resources (DENR).
    This information is
    necessary to DENR in determining whether
    to conduct an EcIs on
    the proposal and to the Board in determining whether
    to grant the
    requested relief.
    No further
    information has as yet been
    supplied.
    The participants are directed
    to file this
    supplementary information with the Board and DENR or to indicate
    the status of their
    efforts to obtain this information within 30
    days of the date of this order.
    Failure to file within this time
    period will
    result in the dismissal of this docket.
