The Board received
a filing on December

Respondent, Aspen Enterprises, Ltd.,
in which Respondent asserts
that steps are being undertaken to correct the problem alleged by
Complainant.
In the December
3 filing Respondent also requested
that the Board
“drop the proceeding~.
By Order
of March
19, 1987,
the Board construed the latter
request as a Motion to Dismiss,
to which Complainant had not
responded.
The Board additionally ordered
that Complainant
“show
cause why this matter should not be dismissed by filing
supporting argument with the Board
no later
than April
17,
1987”.
No such filings have been received by the Board.
Accordingly,
this matter
is dismissed.
