    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by B.
    Forcade):
    On September 12,
    1986,
the Village of Hanover Park filed
    a
    Petition
for Variance, seeking relief from regulations on
restricted status and standards for permit issuance as those
regulations pertain to limitations on combined Radium 226 and
    228.
    This petition
    is deficient
    in that it:
    Fails
    to provide sufficient information
    to
    allow the Board
    to determine
    if the users,
most directly served by Wells Nos.
    1 and 2,
are currently receiving water with radium
    levels below
    5 pCi/l.
    To evaluate this issue
    the Board would
    need
    two types of information.
First, a map of the water supply and
    distribution system that would allow
determinations of where the samples were taken
    in relation
    to the water
    supplies and mixing
    locations.
Second the Board would need any
additional sampling and analysis data on
    Radium concentrations
    in the wells and
    distribution system or
    a statement that no
    additional monitoring data exists.
    Unless an amended petition
    is filed within
    45 days curing
    the above—noted defect,
    this matter will be subject
    to dismissal.
    IT
    IS SO ORDERED.
