ILLINOIS POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
April
16, 1987
IN THE MATTER OF:
PROPOSED AIRPORT NOISE
)
R77—4
REGULATIONS
)
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J,
Marlin):
On April
13,
1987,
the Attorney General moved for an
extension of time in which
to file response comments~
Pursuant
to
the Board’s Order of February 19,
1987, these comments were
due to be filed April
13.,
The motion recites that “since
the issuance
of the Board’s
order, the assistant attorney general responsible
for this case
returned
to the USEPA..”
The case has been reassigned
to
Assistant Attorney General Gabriel
M.
Rodriguez,
who has
requested
a nine day extension of
time..
The Board
finds that the modest extension requested
is
reasonable
under
the circumstances, and will accordingly grant
the motion.
The Board will consider any comments filed by the
Attorney General on or before April
22,
1987
IT IS SO ORDERED.,
