OF TILTON
ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by J. Marlin):
On June 11,
1986, the Village of Tilton (Tilton)
filed
a
Petition for Site—Specific Rule Change.
On June 20, 1986, the
Board ordered Tilton
to file an amended petition with additional
information in order
to meet the existing petition requirements
as set forth
in 35
Ill. Adm. Code 102.120.
The order
also stated
that the Board would
take no further action on this proceeding
until
the amended petition was filed.
In the July 11,

scheduled on this matter.
As of
this date, Tilton has not yet
filed
an amended petition.
The Board hereby orders Tilton
to
file an amended petition within 45 days of the date
of
this

In the event that Tilton fails
to file within this time
period,
this matter will
be subject
to dismissal.
