    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J. Marlin):
    On June 11,
1986, the Village of Tilton (Tilton)
    filed
    a
    Petition for Site—Specific Rule Change.
    On June 20, 1986, the
    Board ordered Tilton
to file an amended petition with additional
    information in order
to meet the existing petition requirements
    as set forth
    in 35
    Ill. Adm. Code 102.120.
    The order
    also stated
    that the Board would
take no further action on this proceeding
    until
    the amended petition was filed.
    In the July 11,

    denying
the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s motion for

    its position that an amended
    petition front Tilton had
    to
be filed before any hearings could be
    scheduled on this matter.
    As of
this date, Tilton has not yet
    filed
    an amended petition.
    The Board hereby orders Tilton
    to
file an amended petition within 45 days of the date
    of
    this
    Order.
