ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):
On January 23, 1987, Duo Fast Corporation (“Duo Fast”) filed
a request for extension of time to complete its statement of
justification in the above—captioned matter. By Interim Order,
dated January 8, 1987, the Board triggered the justification and
determination process for Duo Fast’s confidential and trade
secret claims in R82—14. Pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 120.220,
the owner of a trade secret has “ten working days” from receipt
of a request for justification which can be extended on timely
request of the owner. Duo Fast presents such a timely request
and, in addition, states compelling reasons necessitating
additional time. Duo Fast’s request for additional time, until
February 6, 1987, is granted.
